Apian works with client management teams around the world. Our team coaching is a blend of facilitation and organisational development enabling teams to focus on clear business and development objectives.

Although the Team Coaching System (TCS) gives team leaders with tools to do their own team building, there may be times when an external coach provides 'outside the box' thinking. The time to use an Apian team coach to complement TCS is:
