An instant web-enabled read out of how a team is feeling and thinking, now.
Logging onto the Apian web-site team members’ answer questions on direction, morale, spirit and productivity. Every answer is confidential. The average team response is clearly shown on the graph for all to see. The graph is constantly updated, however it is impossible to input more than twice a week. So on-line activity is kept to the minimum; one to two minutes a week.
The aim of Team Tracker is to provide teams with data to stimulate productive conversations leading to increased performance.

When teams review the on-line scores we recommend they have an initial meeting to talk about areas for improvement. We also recommend that they hold regular reviews to talk about why their scores vary.
It’s our belief that a high percentage of people in teams say they feel ”fine,” or “okay”; when really they are less than happy or focused. The visual, up to date, data provided by Team Tracker enables teams to challenge mediocrity and explore the realms of high performance.
