It's called the Feeling Alive programme in the belief that we become what we talk about.
The programme is designed as a preventative measure for anyone interested is feeling more alive, and as a solution for those who suffer from stress. It is available as a bespoked closed programme, or for individuals as part of an open programme. Click here for dates for the remainder of this year.
Stress has many ways of manifesting itself. Here are some common symptoms:
The programme is build on a coaching process. We do this to avoid the New Years resolution scenario where promises to ourselves are difficult to keep. Participants create goals for change built on a comprehensive assessment of their liefstyle. They are then supported in reaching those goals through one-to-one coaching.
